Covid-19: Frontline Bolivia Rapid Aid

The British – Bolivian Community – represented by the Anglo-Bolivian Society (UK), Anglo-Bolivian Committee (Bolivia), Chevening Alumni (Bolivia) and the British Scholars’ Association (Bolivia) – has raised £4,460 for the Covid-19: Frontline Bolivia Rapid Aid campaign, successfully surpassing its £4,000 target.

Thanks to all the donors!

The money will be used to purchase personal protective and biosecurity equipment (PPE) for people at the forefront of the campaign against the COVID-19 virus in Bolivia. In principle, the identified institutions with the greatest need are the following located in El Alto and La Paz:

• Top-tier Health Brigades in 5 Networks – responsible for taking samples
• Hospital del Norte – SEDES La Paz Regional Government
• Hospital de la Portada – Municipality of El Alto
• National Institute of Health Laboratories (INLASA)

Please continue with your donations, so we can have more resources to help in the fight against the Covid-19. Once again, thank you to all our donors and everyone who shared this story.
