On 14 February, Valentine’s Day, we enjoyed the rhythm and music of the Bailando with Sally team, which presented its showcase, “Alchemy of Art”.
“It was an honor to bring the universal language of the arts — through which we build bridges of integration in a world without labels, where our language is love and respect for humanity,” wrote Bailando with Sally in its Instagram account.

Bailando with Sally is a dance and art project focused on wellbeing, mental health, and community, founded in Portsmouth, with a therapeutic and inclusive approach that promotes emotional connection, self-care, self-love, and personal expression through movement and art. Within the project, Alchemy of Art emerges as its multidisciplinary stage production: an inclusive artistic experience that brings together live music, visual art, movement, silence and presence, creating spaces to pause, feel and connect emotionally.
Inspired by migration, cultural roots and collective memory, Alchemy of Art has presented four previous shows, and this fifth edition marked its first performance in London, made possible after presenting the project to the Anglo- Bolivian Society.
